The online portal is available in English and French. 

Here are some transactions you can do through the self-service platform: 

• Set up an account and submit your applications online
• Update your personal information (for example, address, email)
• Pay fees and receive receipts
• Schedule exams and request accommodations
• Update application information regarding nursing education, nursing practice, nursing registration in other jurisdictions and nursing examinations
• Upload certain documents to support an open application
• View status of documents received from third parties or uploaded by you
• Receive updates on a message centre where CNO posts notices relevant to their application
